A governing council comprising Nirman company representatives, site owners and residents looks after the year round maintenance of infrastructure, individual properties and homes, gardens and all other facilities. To ensure that maintenance staff are always available, Nirman has earmarked a building at Nisarga, Sibbandi Nivas to provide accommodation for maintenance staff like civil engineers, horticulturists, electricians and plumbers.
